Yes. We prefer our clients to fix an appointment before viewing our showroom. This is just to ensure we dedicate ample one-on-one time with our clients.
Yes. We can deliver your car to the appointed site on our official transporter. However, the delivery is chargeable.
Due to the value of our cars, we can only offer test drives once a customer provides some sort of financial commitment to the vehicle. The deposit is refundable in case, the customer reports any issue with the car during the test drive.
Unfortunately, vehicles cannoted be taken out of England, Scotland or Wales unless a written authorisation is produced. Vehicles taken abroad are subject to a rate surcharge, mileage limitation, and additional insurance cover. We request you to confirm about this at the time of booking.
In most cases we will provide you with the exact make and model ‘precisely’ booked by you. However, in the unlikely event of unavailability of your selected vehicle, we reserve all rights to substitute other prestige car. Under such cases, even if the substitute vehicle is more expensive no extra charges will be made. For a substitute vehicle less expensive, you will be refunded the difference in price.
